Disappointed in Toyota service. Takes about an hour and half with an appointment, and When my service provider called me at 9 to ask if I wanted to replace my cabin air filter and my response was no he then said to give him about 5 to 10 min and I could go to the cashier. I went to the cashier after 10 min and no paperwork I'm asked to wait about 10 min then at 9:30 I received a text asking for another 10 min. During my visit I also found out that my prior last Free service Toyota didn't even change my oil.. seriously considering not returning.

I was not completely dissatisfied with the service. The advisor was kind and courteous, but I was disappointed that:
1. I wasn't told that the service may not be completed by the end of the day. Subsequently, I was forced to make other transportation arrangements.
2. I was never given a estimate on the cost to repair the vehicle.
3. I was never told if the repairs were necessary to assure the safety of the vehicle.
