He explained thoroughly why I should change all my tires on my Subaru and not just one. I was stranded at a hotel and Dean went above and beyond tby hop ping into a car and coming get me. And , to top that off he let me drive a loaner car at no cost while the tire that I needed was delivered to the dealership. Dean totally brightened up my week.
