Told me battery would needs replacing soon. Four hours later it was completely dead. Did tire rotation and now my check tire icon is on.

RJ encountered a very stressed family after having an accident on i-580 which caused a fuel tank puncture. RJ was calm and reassuring, and max sure that we understood that he was going to take care of the car, and also get us home as quickly as possible. I cannot state enough how well RJ handled the situation, and how important it was for us at the time. You cannot teach that level of empathy. RJ was everything we needed at that time.
