Joshua Choy was extremely helpful. I brought my car in to get fixed for the same problem for the third time and Joshua took the time to get the service provider (Roth) to listen to me explain the issue. With both Joshua and Roth on it, they were able to get down to the real issue and finally fix my car. It has now started each time this past week. Success finally! I just hope it stays that way.
