Service was good. However someone came to help at the end and approached without a mask on. Additionally, the car was apparently washed but looked worse then when I dropped off. Dirt smeared all across the hood and giant water spots and drips all over the vehicle. I’ve had 4 Audi’s over the past 11 years and was not left with a good feeling after leaving Livermore Audi’s service department.

I made an appointment for the morning for a routine service. I arrived at 9:15 for my appointment. Advisor was great. I waited at the dealership as it was to be completed by noon. I live 30 minutes away so a trip home then a return wouldn’t be the best scenario. At 1:30pm i was told the service hadn’t been started. At this point i left for the day and returned the next day. Things happen yet better communication would have prevented my 4.5 showroom visit. Had I been updated while sitting in the showroom i could have made alternate plans. Everyone was great yet this is an area for improvement for the team.

The car seems to be functioning correctly after repair and the rep was very friendly. They had mentioned they would wash the car and this was done complimentary and it was not done.
