Service department was excellent. Sales staff was horrible! My wife wanted information on why the Audi Connect keeps saying there was an error downloading. Service rep said she needed to talk to sales. First Nick was helpful and said someone would help her. The person that arrived to “help” told my wife he “sells cars, not support a third party app”. Gave her a number to call and rushed off. Wow. Horrible customer service. My wife didn’t get his name, about 40, medium build. We really would like some “real” help.
