We recently changed from Audi South Orlando to Audi Lakeland and we’re pleased to say that it was well worth it. Stefano was very impersonal at the beginning of my appointment but had better manners at the end. He’s not great at providing a lot of details - about what the service would entail, what the costs are etc.
I had a warning light after my service stating there’s too much oil. Now I wonder if they removed too much when they corrected it. I don’t have a lot of confidence the service was performed correctly. They also left a tool in my car. They were supposed to follow up the next day to arrange time to come get the part from me. I still haven’t heard from them.

Tony it was a compete **** show and I’ll never bring a car there to get serviced. I was so pissed I was ready to walk out on the Maserati deal. They totally **** me on the battery change. I had actually chilled and this just fired me up again. I definitely be getting the Maserati oil changes at the St Pete dealer. You guys stole 5 hours of my time waiting on the tech to change a battery. I was there at 7:50 for my 8 appt and left after 1. My time is more valuable than the BS labor charge I paid. Who is going to reimburse my time. You and Vito were great with the sale.
