Mr.Fachinetti was wonderful! He was extremely professional and attentive. My professional experience is customer service and provides that. I was impressed with both the salesmen as I waited for my vehicle. Mr. Dennis went above and beyond showing me the 2024 Audi Q8, answering all of my questions. Again, I was very appreciative. I was NOT impressed with the Service Manager, who stood next to me on three occasions and didn't speak, including while he was addressing a concern with my vehicle, again while standing next to me. Poor customer service. I assume he simply had a lot on his mind during my visit. Thank you!
