My appointment for an alignment was at 8:00 am on 11/27/20. My vehicle wasn't completed until 12:00 pm. That is unacceptable to have a scheduled appointment for an alignment and it take four hours to complete when I was told it only take two hours to complete.

I answered “No” to bring “completely satisfied” because it took me a half-dozen calls to Audi to get a final answer on if my 1st service was free. Seems like that should’ve been an easy question to answer without multiple employees telling me something different.

Overall, I would give the service experience about a B+. My issue is an issue I've had previously with this service department: no return call backs when you are looking to see if your vehicle is ready. Called, left a message, and did not receive a phone call for almost 90 minutes. I then had to call again, and was told my vehicle is ready. Why was the original call not returned?

It’s a shame to see a new high end car dealership come to Lakeland and not be organized and productive. Have Audi many chances to make me a fan but instead I’m selling my Audi and heading a different direction. Where the head goes the body follows.
