The customer service fell short as I believe the service advisor failed to understand the value of time and need to minimize inconvenience. On Saturday I had an appointment to perform an oil change and 40k service on my son car but subsequently learned that the 40k service had already been performed so all I needed was the oil change. I had previously reserved a loaner but decided to wait, During the oil change inspection I asked the advisor if they could check for oil leaks because I was concerned. The advisor indicated that there was a leak but another appointment would need to be scheduled. I asked again if he would reconsider and he said no, stating several excuses. It seems to me that the best customer service would have been to tell me to take the loaner car that I had originally reserved and they would take a look at the car on Monday when more staff was available. Instead I was sent home only to come back to Lakeland from Tampa. In the past, I made that trip because of the excellent service but I’m doubting I will do it again. Only feedback I have was the loaner I got was not cleaned before it was handed over to me. Napkins, old masks and some trash was left. I would think with covid 19 every vehicle would be cleaned and sanitized. But I do like the video you guys send to the customer after the car is done.

I made my appointment through the website and received an email confirmation signed by Zach. However when I arrived for my appointment there was no record of it in the system. Mask usage in the service department was nearly nonexistent. I did not feel comfortable waiting inside with employees not wearing masks. I was pleased with the amount of information I received about my service check, specifically the video overview of my multipoint inspection. Parts needed to be ordered for the work to be completed on my car. I gave Zach the go ahead to order the parts before 12:30 but when I arrived at 4 to pick up my car it appeared they had not been ordered yet (weren’t on my invoice). I was informed that the parts order would not go out until Monday, which will lengthen the time for my service to be completed. Additionally my car was not ready for pick up when I arrived. Zach had to go and find it and bring it to the service Center. All of the protective materials had been removed before he drove it. Overall I was expecting more attention to customers time and safety.
