I am a new customer to your service center. I recently acquired a Jetta and I needed to get the oil changed, A multi point inspection, and new tires. I worked with Tom last Friday and he gave me his commitment that he would call me on Saturday with what the car needed so we can fix it up so it can be where it needed to be. Tom failed to tell me that he would be off on Saturday, another service advisor called to say the car was ready for pick up even though I was not talked to about what other issues were there. When I called on Monday to try to connect with Tom again I was told by a female that he was with a customer and he will call me back, she took down my name and number. I called back for a second and third time over the course of an hour and a half asking where he was because I was waiting. I informed the team that I will just be coming in to pick up the car. And to top it all off, when I arrived it was brought to my attention that time was actually off. This is a complete loss of service especially for a new Customer that is seeking knowledge and a connection and to build a relationship. I have never walked into a service center or dealership and received such terrible service. I will be going to arrival dealership and talking to their management team about my experience at your location and hopefully I will receive better service

Tom is the best. Always shows the same level of care for my car as I do. He deserves recognition for this. This is the reason I drive all the way from lake elsinore for my services.
