The service was solid. The recall and oil change were complete and the rental car we received for the over night service was very helpful. However when I picked up my car there was an alert that kept popping up whenever I drove over 20mph. I did a quick lap and came back and had that reset by the young man at the front, who was very helpful. The next day when my wife went to the grocery store the car completely died. From what I’ve been told there is no correlation between the recall and the battery or computer. However the coincidence does seem a bit strange being that both these issues happened right after we picked up our car. We left for vacation but will bringing the car back when we arrive for a battery

Overall I am satisfied with the service and Raul took good care of me.
Originally I was told that the car would be ready the same day (Monday). I received a call in the afternoon and was told that the car would be ready on Tuesday. On Tuesday I was told that you didn’t have the brake pads and the car would be ready on Wednesday.
The issue was transportation. On Monday, I wanted to get a rental car but since the car was going to be ready the same day I was planning on having my wife bring me back. Now I had to juggle transportation for three days.
Raul was apologetic and gave me a discount.
Again, I was happy with the service.
