I am beyond happy with the service, the professionalism, but most of the the quick response given to the situation. The expedition was at Ford of Montebello and they had the truck form 11/11/24 till I towed it to your Norm Reeves dealership. I called prior and explained the issues I was having with the other dealership and Tony assured me over the phone the diagnostic would not take over 1 week. Eduardo provided excellent and updated status on the truck. I am beyond happy with the service and the outcome. We will continue to bring the truck to this dealer. Thank you so much for fixing and alleviating something that had become a total nightmare.
