I was told the issues to fix my car and the charges. I agreed to fix it. Paid $1,059. Was told repairs were complete. My car presented the same exact issue after driving it and I recorded it to show the advisor Eduardo. They took my car in for another diagnostic. I was called and told it was the same issue they told me the first time. I informed Tony that’s what I paid $1,059 the first time and had to show him proof since he wasn’t aware. So he said he’ll call me back. When he called back he said it’s the VCT camshaft? And it’s a $5,000 job. I decided I can’t pay that so I picked my car up and now it’s making this consistent whistling noise that it wasn’t making before I gave them my car. I noticed it immediately and told Eduardo. He heard it and had a technician look at it. They told me it’s my fuel pump and that’s my responsibility. I told him it is never done that and why is my car making that noise after then dealing with it. It’s not fair because I don’t know what they did and they aren’t taking responsibility. What can I do for a resolution?
