Although it appears they fixed the issue. I am disappointed at the pricing which off the bat was over $140 more than the next closest dealership. Additionally, they told me I needed spark plugs and that they were gapped more than factory specs when the spark plugs have less than 40K miles on them and are rated for 100k miles. This seems a little dishonest because although not impossible it is improbable that the spark plugs had that much wear.

The representative did not have a pleasant attitude. When getting a diagnosis on my vehicle he gave me a bunch of codes that I didn't understand and did not explain things well. Every time I called there was never an answer, took long to call back. I was very upset because he said they would have a diagnosis on a certain day, however they took about two weeks to tell me what was wrong with my car. Not coming back here anymore.
