I had a 1:45 PM appointment for front and rear brake pads only. It took over four hours to complete this small job. Had I dropped it off without an appointment I can understand, but when you make an appointment, it should be done within a reasonable time. That is really a one and 1/2hour job at the most. I was told the car was ready for pick up at 5:45 PM. When I arrived, it took an additional 20+ minutes to bring the car around so i could leave. I asked if there was any information available on the rotor thickness, but apparently the mechanic did not make any notes on that. I would’ve liked to have known. It is typical that that information is recorded.Rudi was very pleasant and professional.
