Dropped car off due to transmission light coming and and car lunging forward when you come to complete stop. Was told repairs were going to be $4k. Car was repaired earlier this year for similar problem and was fixed under recall. Car has less than 4,000 miles since recall. Service was terrible and it took a week and half for service to look at car and charged me for something they already knew what the problem was. I google the problem and find it is a common problem because of terrible engineering and Ford is aware of the transmission and cable corrosion. I am going to follow the advise of the online groups and file a complaint so that other people who by your cars don’t have to feel this level of frustration.

I recently visited Norm Reeves Ford for service on my F-150, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience.

My truck was in for an oil change and tire rotation. The work was completed in a timely manner, and I felt confident that my F-150 was in good hands. They also performed a quick inspection and gave me an update on other areas that might need attention soon—without any pressure to address them right away.
The pricing was competitive and transparent, with no hidden fees. What impressed me the most was how Savannah personally communicated my concerns about uneven tire tread to the technician, and we all worked together for a better result than expected.

I enjoyed my experience with Tony, there is one thing I've noticed at the majority of dealer ships regardless of the dealership, the sales department doesn't know his product.i would not allow any sales person at the show room floor without some training or at least be familiar with the product.thats where Tony shines he knows his ford product!
