We come to Ford for two reasons first because of the professional workmanship that the mechanics provide and secondly because of the way the staff there makes us feel specifically Raphael Gonzales he makes us feel like we are family, part of the Ford family, and as far as our needs being met not only we’re they satisfied they were surpassed. Our warranty had expired,and thanks to the help of Eduardo. the service manager We were able to have Ford provide one for us a premium warranty. I had an appointment at 1:45 my car was checked in at 1:38 for routine service. Routine service and battery check was completed my vehicle was ready for me at 4:30 pm do much for having an appointment. I think it took to much time for the service I received,
I had just had my vehicle detailed the day before it was returned to me in unacceptable condition, greased hand and finger marks, windshield wipers were tested my car was full of water spots so to say the least I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the end result !
I hope I never have another bad experience at Cerritos Ford maybe I will consider using another dealership that cares about their customers and their vehicles!
