I dropped off my car as early as 9am for a regular change oil but it lasted for 3 hours before they finish the job that resulting me to get to my work late. Nobody informed me the status of my vehicle until i called the shop that its been 3 hours already and Im gonna be late from work. I was told that it will only take 1 to 1 1/2 hours to get it done thats why i agree and proceed. I also send them a message after 2 hour that if they not yet starting the change oil I will just pull it out and bring it back the next day instead. I was so dissapointed to the point I got late to work.
