I made an appointment with the person that handles the pick up drop off service and there was no record. Went to pick up my car after 3 hrs and the brakes weren’t checked. Last time they were checked was at 20,000 miles and there was 50% ware. Why, at 60,000 miles, would you not check the brakes? Now I have to get it checked elsewhere.
