Horrible communication. Confusing communication. Texting is horrible and not efficient, time efficient, or clear. Over charged with lack of communication and unclear. Was told on 3 different days the car was ready and then each time still going thru diagnostics. Horrible with crystal who doesn’t text in a timely manner or call back in a timely manner. Figure out a better way ford! Still don’t even have my car back and this survey is requested.
