It was extremely frustrating that I made an appointment and had to wait almost an hour after my appointment time before anyone came out to my car. Then I had to wait an additional 3 hours for my car. Then I was told they broke something so they were fixing it.

The problem with our vehicle took 3 days to diagnose. It was a software issue and was corrected by reprogramming without the need to replace any electronic components. While I did not need the vehicle, I was somewhat disappointed it took 3 full days to correct. I also thought that a wash was included with our service contract so I was disappointed when I picked the vehicle up and it had not been washed.
