I had my car at the service dept for 3 days
Just for a quick Diagnostics check,
Oil change , & Low beam headlight replacements..
3 day lost from work as an Uber Driver
They claim system was down for nearly 6 days
Thats Really Bad Service
A Big Corp like Hundai unable to fix a Computer problem

However, I was very disappointed in the pickup and delivery service driver who returned my car NOT following Covid safety protocol. The morning guy who picked my cat up was great. Followed all protocol.

Things were great up to the promised free car wash....it wasn’t done when I paid and was ready to go....I was told it would be 15 minutes....40+ minutes later I gave up and asked Rafael to get my car...unwashed...he did...I d say stop promising car washes when you can’t deliver on that promise!!...why not have cars washed and ready for customers before they are called to pick up their vehicle??

I specifically scheduled an appointment for service and notified the scheduler what I needed. When I arrived to the service department, there were no notes relayed as to why I was there.
Not only did I need to explain my requests again, after explaining to the service writer what I needed done, I returned to pick up my vehicle and half of the service was not performed. The service writer then lied to me, whether intentional or not, the service was not complete. Why do you not want my business and money? Why lie?
