Had an appointment for 11:15 waited almost 1hr to check in. They call me at 5:04pm to let me know that they count find what the problem was, when I told them what problem was. They told me they had to leave my car overnight and will be ready by 10:30, I think they just didn't have time to start on my car. How else would they know what time it will ready. Next day they called me at 10:31. WTF. They couldn't give me a renters because they didn't know what the problem was and rental service was already close. They waited till the last min to call me. Was ready disappointed and no car. Very extremly disappointed

I submitted (and asked) that on my scheduled service appointment we address my vehicles recall. This was done on 3 different occasions leading up to my appointment (I.e. when I scheduled the appointment, on the text message reminder I received and on the email reminder I received). Not once did I get a response or confirmation from the service department. At my appointment I learned that the service department would need to order the recall part and I will need to return(exactly what I was trying to avoid). Seems no one is managing this process properly.
