I called in to request an update on my vehicle, and was informed that it was ready to be picked up. When i arrived at the dealership, the service manager informed me that my car was not ready as the tech had not finished road testing it. As the additional road test was o ly required to see if a check engine light were to appear, I requested to take my vehicle as I was now stranded at the dealership. The service manager did comply, and did not charge me for the diagnostic due to the confusion, which was appreciated. However, the lack of communication between staff needs to be addressed.
