Cindy is the best, she’s always super helpful getting me in and out fast, has a loaner available if the repair is gonna be longer than a few hours and it’s so easy to get a hold of her. One of the best people I’ve dealt with here at Norm Reeves Ford/Lincoln.

The service is terrible and, after all the time I spent there with no car and single day rentals the car still came back with the same problem. And when I asked all they did was give me a list of routine maintenance that COULD be the issue. Overall bad experience. Definitely not going to dealership UNLESS RECALL

Bring back the carwash service! Covid is a lame excuse when your foot traffic is excessively high if covid was a concern. Secondly, all i wanted was to pay for the service rendered and get out! Instead i was given the "i have to deal with my service advisor" wait time was too long and fellow service advisors and not willing to help. That is not acceptable.
