Ivan Cruz is great to work with. I had to bring my car back for the same issue it was having the week before and I was extremely irritated that I had to return. He was patient and listened to me gripe about the situation. I would highly recommend him as he is knowledgeable, patient and professional.

I had the worst customer service I've ever had in my entire life you guys did nothing for us just gave us our vehicle back there unrepaired and even worse ...we never received an apology.
We own two Ford vehicles we are now going to trade them in for Chevy.
