On 2-15-21, I came in for my 45k service. Rafael was a true gem and his customer service was excellent. Unfortunately, about a week later, my water pump had a leak in it so I had to come back. Again, Rafael treated me like I was a valued customer. He sent periodic text messages and calls with updates, I felt that he was completely transparent with me and I appreciate it.

The tire indicator still comes on when I start the car. I told the tech to check the tires because they were low. The check sheet indicated all green but I still feel a concern with the tires and hope there is no safety issue. Other than this problem, I am satisfied with the overall service.

I had an appointment at 7:15am and after flagging down 3 different people to assist me, it wasn’t util 7:59am someone finally came and asked how they could help me. I was very disappointment in the customer service I received. Seeing multiple men walk past my car and never even inquire on what I needed was a poor example of customer service. I watched multiple cars that were in line behind me get taken to the back. After all of this I was never even offered a coupon or discount for my service or the opportunity to speak with the service department manager.
