Just wanted to say the service department here is exceptional, took my gt350 with a minor issue and service advisor Jose Torres went above and behind my expectations, every other Ford dealership told me it's going to take a couple of days to diagnose the problem, couple days to order the part so on and so on. Timing was horrible. I consistently got inaccurate information. They never fixed dthe problem of the car. They fixed a part they believed was the issue but turns out it was not thank God for the warranty or they would have charged me. Than when I took it back because the problem persisted they are blaming past due maintenance on the issue. Honestly felt like they just wanted to get rid or me with this apparent list of things that need to be done and with a astronomical quote. All in all I will never again deal with hyundia in cerritos

I always have had so many car problems with my previous cars and mechanics taking advantage of me. I just love this car and am so grateful to you all helping out with keeping my car mechanic. Gary is the mechanic I request everytime cause he is fanomiminal just with explaining what needs to be done and what was done. I called in to request an update on my vehicle, and was informed that it was ready to be picked up. When i arrived at the dealership, the service manager informed me that my car was not ready as the tech had not finished road testing it. As the additional road test was o ly required to see if a check engine light were to appear, I requested to take my vehicle as I was now stranded at the dealership. The service manager did comply, and did not charge me for the diagnostic due to the confusion, which was appreciated. However, the lack of communication between staff needs to be addressed.
