Upon arriving and having the technician take our info. He stated that we might had to leave vehicle overnight in order to check the back gate that we were having issues opening and closing. I asked about the car rental. Technician, Francisco stated that it was not covered with my warranty. I was confused, then he later stated he overlooked that in deed, a rental was covered. We didn’t use the rental after all and managed to get a ride to work. Later,technician Francisco called us to let us know that brakes needed to be replaced and that they were not covered with my warranty and the cost for brake work would be about $800. Again, we were puzzled, but after asking him to check again, he stated again that they este covered. My car was ready on Wednesday, we were 2 days with no car on something that could had been done in one day in my opinion.

Three and 3/4 hours is a long time to wait for oil change. Facility is too far to walk to a cafe/restaurant for lunch. The shuttle could have brought me home but I was not available after an hours wait. I was in doors and missed it. Miles a salesman was kind enough to get a drink for me as the drink dispenser in lounge was empty

I just think if I pick up my car there should be no check marks that indicate I have service that needs to be performed. I think I should be notified while you have my vehicle in your possession advising me that there are things that need to get repaired. Today when I picked up my car, on the back of the sheet, it indicated that I need to have my power steering fluid changed. I don't understand why I wasn't notified about this and you could have done it while you had it today. Francisco, on the other hand, was very nice and friendly. Perhaps the tech didn't even notify him until I was picking the car up?

My only issue is with Ford Motor Company. I bought a service plan, that I seem to have zero control over. Ford has my money and will not perform a requested service, BRAKES, until they deem necessary. Seems like I loaned Ford my money and they will not pay me back! Maybe a lawyer can get them to perform the service I have already paid for!
