I am a physician who canceled my entire clinic to get work done on my vehicle. I scheduled an appointment at 8 AM and I was told the work would be done in two hours. Four hours later I checked in with a service advisor and was told my car had not yet even been worked on. This is the most irresponsible and unprofessional conduct by your service department. Your service advisor did not even have the audacity to contact me and give me an update. When I confronted the service advisor and supervisor all they had to say was they were sorry. This is unacceptable and I will never depend on Norm Reeves Ford service department or sales for any future assistance. You lost the confidence and trust in a loyal customer.

I have a love/hate relationship with this dealership. This specific time my appointment time was early and I was checked in within a timely manner. Called for an update later in the day and a part on my vehicle needed to be replaced. Ivan suggested I leave it as the part would be available tomorrow. I needed to be to work that next day and would need my vehicle. But really had no other time to take my car in, in the near future. Ivan was able to get me a rental for that next day. I wanted to pick up my vehicle asap. I didn't get off till after 7:30pm. Ivan was very accommodating in leaving my vehicle with Sales Dept. and leaving the rental with them as well. No issues and they even washed my vehicle. Very happy this time around!
