During obviously a real busy time Timothy O’Neil remained professional and delivered excellent service to my wife and I. Our Ford Edge had an issue that left my wife and grandson stranded at his baseball practice. We didn’t have an appointment but Tim got us in and remained diligent until the technicians were able to troubleshoot and repair the issue. The personal touch he provided will not be forgotten and we are extremely grateful for his help.
