I was very satisfied with Tim the person who took care of me when I Arived but not so much with your phon service it takes a long time for than to answer and even than it was difficult with making appointments
A part that I order arrived and for almost 2,1/2 weeks and no one batter to call to let me know about it . I call myself an found out. The part was put in place ( passenger Mirror) I paid for the complete head mirror which comes in black my car white ( I got no explanation about the black outside case ,
miss communication from the part department.
Hopefully I will have a better experience next time

No one approach me until I walk to someone. after I waited 3:45 minutes for car service paid left. Check my car and went back washerfluid was totally empty went back and wait again for them to place washer fluid when service was supposed to be done first time. I was there consider that they have to do service right and don’t pretend service is complete when is not done i paid for something they don’t do is not fair and you loose trust bad experience.
