Disappointed and frustrated at not receiving reply to my text messages other then - I haven't forgotten you and you can always reply text with questions. - I got no direct response to questions. No phone call to inform me that someone was actually working on the issue or if there was a delay. When I was able to speak to Tim on Monday he said I should have it by Wednesday, I did not receive a courtesy call saying it wasn't ready. I had to call Thursday to find out the status, this is not the Ford standard customer service I have received in the past my thanks to the Ford technician in fixing my car a quality I can still count on.

Had an appointment at 9:15am Saturday I waited 45min before I was checked in and on my way. I was told that my vehicle probably wouldn’t be ready/looked at till Monday which I had anticipated and was ok with it. Two days later on Wednesday I was told my vehicle was ready only to find out nothing was done to it, and was told they couldn’t determine the issue. Which I can understand I drive it all the time and it happens every now and then but having my vehicle for 3 1/2 days only to be told nothing was wrong with it was frustrating. I’m assuming it must have sat idle multiple days before it was even looked at. Also, By comparison the infinity dealership service lane had literally checked in 5 cars before I was. As for Tim he was ok only issue with him is he doesn’t respond to texts. Otherwise he was okay. Last issue was when I came to pick my car walked in to service area two clients were being assisted and they was 2-3 associates not assisting clients and couldn’t even bother acknowledging me. Overall, not a good experience and hopefully will not have to return, not only for servicing but I would not buy another vehicle here.
