I was tricked into buying a tire maintenance plan that has never covered anything with my tires so far. The lies your finance manager told me to sell me this piece of junk plan are criminal. I will be telling everyone I know how dishonest and disappointing Ford is, I couldn't even get a nail in my tire fixed, ridiculous. I will never but a First again. The service guy Andrew was a very nice and professional guy. But the service Ford provided me or should I say did not provide me was extremely horrible.
