Been coming to the Cerritos dealer for over the last 3 years and this was one of the best service, we had on the vehicle that we were happily about. Car was running sluggish. Now it’s running better and more smooth after I got my brakes put on don’t know what happened but I know the car running better than it did before kudos out to Richard for all he’s help and recommend whom ever comes to this dealership to ask for him….. highly appreciated “

Repair took 9-10 days and I never received a call with updates. I had to call and inquire every few days. I was informed my rep was out sick and at every call I was told another rep or manager would be in touch but that call never came. I’ve had years of great service at this location but this now makes it the second time I’ve experienced a difficult time connecting with the reps in the service department. It’s disappointing.
