Michael Kors wallet was taken from center console, it had 4 gift cards in it, service advisor should remind customers to take out any valuable items from vehicle as it’s being dropped off for service.

I left my car for repairs at Ford Cerritos Center May 15-20 which included radio replacement for the third time (all repairs cost over $5900.00), when my car was returned my rear camera wasn’t working. A manager tried to tell me it wasn’t due to the radio being replaced but I know it was. I will take my business elsewhere in the future. Shame on FORD.
