It took multiple days, voicemails, text messages to get a response to schedule appointment after we were told someone would contact us to schedule.
Dent from the due bill was never removed and we had to pay out of pocket for a dent remover to come and take the dent out in less than 10 minutes and he confirmed it had never been touched.
The issue with the speaker was never resolved - only told to come back if it gets worse.
Had to come to the dealership to finally get resolution and pick up my vehicle because again messages were not being responded to.
I understand someone was out due to a medical issue but it seemed pretty clear nobody cared about myself or my vehicle.
