I was there for 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. I was asked about changing an air filter and wiper blades. When I asked abt when the car would be done, was told someone had to go to the warehouse and get one. If I had been informed it would take that long, I wouldn't have waited...it wasn't an emergency. I was just left sitting, with no apology for my time.

Went in for a oil change tire rotation and driving out the wheel fell off. Left me stranded called back to the dealership and it was on the night phone. Had to change the tire myself. Major inconvenience and could have been life threatening
I have to turn in the truck in July. Was thinking about a Lincoln. But will not consider that option. But I keep getting cheery emails from you. My family members suggested I go to you.

Unhappy with suggestions (car has 37K miles) and his suggestions was to replace rear brakes and rotors, along with 4 new tires....all of which were in tolerances. Also, wanted to replace wipers that I just replaced 4 months ago. Will not be back after these suggestions of items that he thought that needed serviced.
