I was satisfied with the overall service, however, I did not appreciate how the service provider lied about my tire having a nail. After the service he stated that they noticed my tire had a nail and that my tire pressure light was lit when I arrived when in fact it was not turned on. I repeatedly see my dashboard for any lights and the tire pressure was never turned on. This ultimate statement on his behalf makes me question the level of honesty that service providers give to its customers. It makes me think that the ultimate goa for them is to up sale and make customers pay more than what their car actually needs.
