I was sent an email inviting me back to get my Lexus serviced. I scheduled a appointment for a oil change and it took all most 2 an half hours. When my car was ready it was not washed like Ronald said it would. Overall I just felt I wasn't that important of a customer

I handed the car to your dealer for maintenance 9:00am today. When finished I need your ride to pick me up from my house. But your dealer delay time again and again, from morning to afternoon, which delayed my work time. Fortunately, my husband came home early and took me to pick up the car. Now I don’t want to blame anyone, including Adriana,because God arranged for my husband come home early to solve this problem. so I hope you can consider it for the guests in the future and keep the agreed time.

The good.. I was able to make a same day appointment. I was not greeted by anyone when I arrived. The girl working the front check in seemed miserable and when I said hello she said nothing back. It was a 2 1/2 hour wait for an oil change and 10k maintenance which wasn't very intense. There was no communication on how long the wait would be and I understand things take time but sitting in the waiting room from 1130 till 2 not hearing anything was frustrating. I have been told that toyota gives a complimentary car wash and twice I've been to Carson and haven't received a car wash. When I asked the lady at the check in she said she was the only one there and plus she didn't know how to do it. Not very professional and very disappointing. My first visit was poor but I thought I'd give Carson a 2nd shot. I'm sadly disappointed and not very happy with the service or professionalism I received.
