When scheduling an appointment and a ride with the shuttle service customers should be abreast of all changes. Also if there are alternatives like utilizing a car while your vehicle is being serviced, customers should be made aware. Give your customers a choice so that they can make a decision but be fully transparent with everything and all circumstances. Everyone’s time is of value.

Jimmy was great, when I arrived he greeted me in a professional manner and he explained what they were going to do to my car. He also kept me updated on the status of my car while they were working on it.
