We went for a tire change and were told it would take between 1 1/2 to 2 hrs max. After waiting for 3 hrs, we texted our service advisor to ask how much longer but no answer. We texted him again after 4 hrs but no answers either so I went to look for him and waited for about 10 min but he wasn’t at his office. I approached a different advisor who tried to help and went to look for Zeke . He showed up and magically came up whith a “ will be dine in 5 minutes” . We immediately got the text saying the car is ready now. Seriously? Someone forgot about us . We love going to Carson but today was TERRIBLE customer service
