I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 and I had to wait over three hours for an oil change. The staff has great customer service, however scheduling and customer scheduling needs significant improvement. An oil change should not take over three hours.

The brakes were not done correct,first my car was not road tested to check the brakes were done right.
When I left the dealer, and tried to brake my car was shaking, including the steering wheel.
Plus the brake pedal when pretty close to the floor.
At 5:45 I called Rolando to let him know, but he was unavailable.
I left him voice mail to inform him of the problem.
I'm afraid to drive my car in that condition.
