I had an appointment and I needed to be there 30min ahead of time just to get in at the actual time. 5 cars even cut in line as I waited to get to the service area. Took 30min to talk to someone.
Waiting was fine. Place was clean. Took the hour you said so all good there.
Car was ready, so I go out to get it. Stood next to it for about 10min before anyone asked me if I needed help. I just said "can I take my car now?" they took my ticket, took off the clean wrap inside and that was it. NO KEY IN THE CAR! I had to wait for another person to help me. I asked but the service people said someone would be right with me. 5 more minutes to get the keys while all these people were waiting to leave as well.
Also, I didn't know you didn't wash the cars with the service.
