Service itself is fine.
Sad part is, appointments mean nothing! I make an appointment, get there on time and am always told people are ahead of me and it’ll be hours.
What is the purpose of an appointment if you can’t keep do your half of the responsibility?

The receptionist was very, very, very polite compared to our visits in the past.
