I waited 3.5 hours for nothing. Nothing was done to my car. They didn’t rotate my tires nor did they replace them. The tires were bald and their recommendation was that I shouldn’t drive.???????????????

The service writer was abrupt when I questioned
why nothing was being done and it was an hour

I’ll have to think about returning or going
