Ken was very friendly, helpful, and polite despite being very busy. I came for the honda fit airbag recall. El monte honda completely exceeded my expectation and offered very fast and reliable service. I had a very bad experience with another Honda dealership and that was why I decide to drive 10 miles further to El Monte Honda. One thing I would like is that Ken would have asked me about the 30,000 miles maintenance service or give me a list of recomended service schedule. I didn't ask for it so it is not his fault. But I didn’t realize that my car is due for a regular maintenance. I ended up didnt get the maintenance service because i was in a hurry that day. Overall happy wih my experience!
