Andy is always efficient and professional. My Accord was serviced quickly and earlier than promised. Andy always made sure my vehicle was properly maintained and recommended all necessary services. He is the main reason we kept coming back to purchase our Hondas. This is our 5th Honda in our family.

Good service

We if you are interested I will be honest with you on my first impression of El Monte Honda. First, it was a quick and smooth transition to calling in for a reservation. The young lady was very professional. Driving in was easy with directions were I was to pull into. The service drive was full of people everywhere both customers and employees. There was one parked car in front of me and I found it odd that no-one came up to me to get my service started. It was between 5 to 10 minutes. One man walking past me said someone would be with me shortly. At this point I was feeling like maybe this place is a little chaos. Not a good first impression. My service writer, Andy, was very good. He explained everything that would be and was done to my car. I was shocked at the price of an oil change. With my Ford it was only $39 so nearly $70 seems expensive. The waiting room was small, crowded, and seemed a bit run down. The temperature was very comfortable and had nice drink counter and nice TV to see. When I received a call from Andy my car is done I couldn't find a cashier anywhere. O asked a customer standing near by where to go. It was where I worked with Andy. I had to reach over his desk to enter my pin. I wasn't expecting a great job I had dead bugs on it that needed a good bath anyway. I don't expect that from you. Over all I would give 6 on a scale of 1-10.

Adrian was great at the service desk however the one lady that set up my appointment was not very customer oriented she tried to send me to another dealer when I wanted to come to your location in El Monte that is not good customer service.

Juan Montes provided great customer service

I made an appointment ahead of time, and everything went smoothly. Juan told me about how long the diagnostic would take, and came and got me about the time he told me it would be completed. He told me what they thought the problem was, and a suggested strategy going forward.

Andy was great

The service was great and time approximation was on point. The employees also found other potential problems about the car that I did not know about which was very informative and helpful.

The service is good but I think they need more staff that speaks Spanish in case we have some questions about our car. but I appreciate the service. I know I'm in the USA and I have to speak English, if I understand and speak little English, but some things I like to explain them in Spanish.
