Your service person Andy at Honda was very professional I recommend he be promoted to manager. Your current manager has no skills when it comes to costumer service. And I think Andy is able to resolve customer complaints with ease. He is not the type to pass the buck or customer to another department like your manager did or has in the pass. Think about it
